Boy Scout Troop Conducting Search & Rescue

September 23, 2017

Boy Scout Troop 59 (Turtle Lake area) is conducting a practice search & rescue exercise on the north side of Skinaway Lake in Turtle Lake this afternoon.

Members from the Turtle Lake Fire Department, Cumberland Ambulance, and Barron County Sheriff's Department provided the Scouts with training and education this morning, before the boys set off to find their missing victims.

Local motorists are asked to please use caution when driving through the area.
