HEAVY SNOWFALL EXPECTED LATE WEEK

We are expecting snowfall in the Wednesday through Friday time frame, followed by much colder temperatures over the weekend through Christmas. Given this storm system has the potential to significantly impact holiday travel, we wanted to give you a heads-up to start your week, even though there is still some uncertainty with where the heaviest snow will fall.

WEDNESDAY into WEDNESDAY EVENING Round 1 (North of I-94) will encompass Wednesday into Wednesday evening: Snowfall accumulations of 1-3"

THURSDAY into FRIDAY MORNING Round 2 (Area-wide) will encompass Thursday through Friday morning: Currently areas from the Twin Cities metro to Ladysmith look to receive heavier accumulations, with a potential of 6+ inches.

We will post more information as we receive it from the NWS.
