A clipper moving across the area today still looks to bring a quick 1-4" of snow to the region. Behind this clipper it's a reinforcing shot of arctic air, with wind chills Monday and Tuesday mornings dropping into the 40s BELOW zero in western MN.
Snow/blowing snow will impact travel this afternoon through Monday morning.
Bitterly cold conditions through mid-week with Monday and Tuesday mornings expected to be the coldest.
